What happens next?
Our support team will review your case and respond within 60 - 90 minutes to let you know the steps we are taking to resolve your issue or answer your question. If we need more information to help you with your case then we will let you know.
We are determined to resolve all the support cases within 24 hours but in most cases we will be able to resolve them within a couple of hours.
